When you apply for or hold a loan with us: your name, phone numbers, address, the identity and address documents and photographs you give us, vehicle details, guarantor details, income details, and the records of your loan, payments and receipts.
To assess your application and provide your loan; to record your payments and issue receipts; to send you payment reminders, receipts and service messages by phone, SMS or WhatsApp; to prevent fraud; and to meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
We use the WhatsApp Business Platform, provided by Meta, to send reminders and receipts to the number you gave us. Those messages and their delivery status pass through Meta's systems under Meta's own terms. Tell us if you would rather not receive WhatsApp messages and we will stop.
Only the service providers that run our systems — Supabase (our database and document storage) and Vercel (our website and app hosting) — and Meta for WhatsApp delivery, each only as far as needed to provide that service. We also share information with authorities when the law requires it. We do not sell your information.
For as long as your loan is active, and afterwards for as long as the law requires us to keep financial records.
This website uses no advertising or tracking cookies. If you switch the language, that choice is saved only in your own browser. The EMI calculator runs in your browser — nothing you type into it is sent to us. The map on the home page is provided by Google Maps, which may set its own cookies under Google's privacy policy.
